This study provides an in-depth analysis of the relationship between sustainability and human resource management (HRM) in corporate environments, with a focus on optimizing human capital for sustainable outcomes. Through a qualitative review of literature, the research synthesizes insights from peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and industry reports published between 2020 and 2024. The literature highlights HRM practices geared toward sustainability, such as training programs, green leadership, and performance management systems incorporating sustainability metrics, and examines their impact on corporate sustainability. PoP (Publish or Perish) software and VOSviewer are used to enhance the analysis, facilitating the identification of key themes and gaps in the existing literature. The findings indicate that sustainable HRM practices are vital in maximizing human resources and fostering business sustainability. VOSviewer mapping highlights the connection between HRM innovation, sustainable development, and corporate sustainability, while emphasizing the importance of workplace training and forward-thinking HR initiatives. Moreover, the result of this study also identifies areas needing further research, such as the integration of sustainability into HRM across different industries and cultural settings. The study acknowledges certain limitations, including the exclusion of non-English literature and the potential for publication bias, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Despite these constraints, the review sets a foundation for future research in this evolving field and offers valuable insights into the role of HRM in promoting sustainability
